Need Advice On Rear Window Switch

Can't seem to find this switch anywhere. I need driver and passenger side REAR window switch. Dealer wanted something stupid like 140$ a piece for them. Looked all over and found tons of window switches that plug into from the bottom but this one is plugged from the back of the switch. Any help is appreciated, might just be stupid and not know how to take the switch out of the plastic casing but it doesn't seem to come out. 2006

Tried that but if the place had a door for that model they wouldn't sell the switch off it to me because it was still a good door
