    .
I like this idea, also wake up early and set off some firecrackers and blow your truck horn on the days you dont feel like knocking on his door. Mow your grass at 5 am but first get a stright pipe for your lawnmower. Get your own stereo thats way bigger than his and play skrillex or some really shitty music or maybe a how to learn french

Sun at 7:01AM Ive played Mr. Jim's steel drums for the 2 to 4 am party peeps next door. The Police showed up & asked what I was doing. Told them about the late night noise & I was done with it. They said have a nice day and left. Our inside the city noise code says no loud noise after 10 pm or before 7 am. 7 days a week.. Keep my ass up after 10pm ..LOTS OF LUCK SLEEPING IN WHEN THE SUN COMES UP..:rimshot::rockband::headbang:

All 3 of the ideas I had in general. You do have to be careful that you don't piss off your other neighbors though. Would suck if YOU ended up being the one who got arrested.

Sounds like you need a TW mod day at your house in the early morning.

Or, you could try to get a parametric speaker from somewhere. Put it on your roof and Let it rip all the time, no one but him could hear it. Play something really annoying like the song from the video below. While it's playing, bring your neighbors brownies and compliment them. Then if the cops come, just turn it off before they get to his house. They'd ask the neighbors, and everyone would be like "ohh, at guy...he's soo quiet. Very friendly too. He brought me brownies a few minutes ago, so he wasn't even home..."

I had a friend who made a music tape to play at work to annoy the shift leader. It was 90 minutes of Morrissey/The Smiths alternating with an Alvin and the Chipmunk's Christmas album.

    No No No!

Remember, its not the dispatchers fault if the police aren't doing anything about it. Clearly the dispatchers are doing their jobs if the cops are showing up. It's all up to the officer then.

Keeping it legal, I'd go to the local police station myself. Speak with the Sergeant or Lieutenant. Just explain the situation and hope that he or she wants to actually do their job and light a fire under the lazy officers ass.

Well..he hasn't played music up until now. I think it is his off week. Thank you all for your suggestions! I guess I will have to keep calling 911 until this is straightened out! I do NOT want to do anything illegal because I know police have a hard enough time as it is without noise complaints. (my dad was a CHP, and I know all the BS he went through). I've talked to him, my neighbors have talked to him and played music at him loud at 8am to keep him awake, but he won't stop what he is doing.

There are two options. Move or blow him up. I'm going to have to wait until I move because I don't want to harm anyone.

I live outside of the "city", so none of the city ordinances will help

Can always hope he blows up his stereo too haha..

Some years ago I was at my girlfriend's house and her next door neighbors had boy band crap blasting around 9pm. I started up my car, opened the trunk, and treated them to 1000 watts of Slayer. They actually came outside and yelled at me haha..but couldn't do anything about it.
