Ahh okay, if it's the newer Traxxas tq controller then you can adjust end points. It's kinda a tedious process but deffinetly can be done.

Eh Neil, the front shocks are Long, the rear are XX-Long. http://traxxas.com/sites/default/files/67054_parts.pdf

If you have a bunch of stuff, I like this seller and they combine shipping.
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/291142357958

And yeah, I just spent $150 on 4 new big bore shocks.. That is why you have to think long and hard about moving into 8th scale.. Insert heart attack :here: :p

I have 3 shocks leaking again even though I just rebuilt them last week! I have blown 6 shocks over the years so I think its finally time to ditch the plastic bodies! I had a few bodies split along the casting lines from hard landings, the rest got pinholes

3s lipo brother... i spent about 50 last night on some titanium shafts, and while I'm at it, the Robinson Racing 54t steel spur. Would have went big bores this morning for 25 more, but was too late to cancel my order.

This is starting to feel like a usual thing..

    image-372_8bbdc727931996b93959a270e08f9a854a3a556c.jpg

My truck is down until my new parts come in. Had a few bad bearings that were screaming Sunday.. Pulled the seals off and soaking in simple green, gonna pack tomorrow and see if they are salvageable. I wouldn't be surprised if 9 year old rubber sealed bearings that have never been serviced are finally shot. If so I'll probably order an Acer Racing Polyamide kit and call it a day. Also cleaning out the diffs for some new 120k wt Ofna Diff Locker!

Is it puffy? What charger you running?

If its not puffy, I'd try and run it (not too hard) then charge it, do that a few times to cycle it and see if it starts taking more?

Well my new shocks will probably be in Friday, not sure when the bearings will be in. So my savage is gonna be out of commission this weekend.

Me, Kaleo, and Phil are planning on taking the trucks to Kaneohe District Park by WCC Sunday. Gonna give grass racing a try. Hopefully easier to clean after :D

Who's in?! Mike, I'm expecting you to be there too :p

I may be.. depends as my Ti shafts should be in sooner than later, and the steel spur gear I may as well do at the same time (that should be in soon as well). It's official.. by nephew got the bug and is wanting a Pede.. sitting in a walmart parking lot right now with him to possibly sell a bike to help offset his purchase (parents divorced as his dad not the best IMO). So I doing the uncle thing rather than laying in bed getting ready to count sheep.. i know he appreciates it.. (or he will later in life).. lol..

    You're being a good uncle!

Once my Savage is back up and running we will have to come over to your side for a run, since you keep coming to us :)

So that mean you coming out to clean off your summit? I put my deans connectors in my tool box!
