Im sure most on here will tell you to go 285. If you shop around youll find 285s under $200, you may not get the name brand you want but there are decent tires out there for that $.

Ahh just follow everyone else and run a 285. You won't be happy otherwise. You'll come back to a smaller tire someday when fill ups at the pump become too frequent.

I like the 285's but on stock wheels you might have clearance issues with the UCA's. If you want a sure fit 33" tire then go with 255/85/16 or 255/80/17 depending what size wheels you have

I ran 265s for 5 months. Then upgraded. Just get 285s now or you will regret it.

I have 265s and never plan on going taller. Sure it looks better, but that's about it. I don't wheel enough to need 33's. The gas mileage is worse. The wear on the truck is worse. I immediately felt the difference in shifting going from stock size to the 265s. 285s would be too sluggish for me, unless you give it more skinny pedal which equates to more $$$.

If you absolutely need 285s, then I'd get them. If not, I recommend 265s.

EDIT: just clicked the link. 3" lift = get 285's. Don't want your truck looking like a roller skate.
