So I'm having trouble deciding on a set of new wheels. First off, I bought my spindle lift and that should be on within a couple weeks, and I'm currently running 265/75/16's on trd offroad rims. I definetley want to go to a 33'' tire, but am undecided about how I want to go about it. My 265's have about 5k miles on them so I was thinking maybe just get some 16's to mount on them till I get bigger tires in a couple months, but I really like the look of 17's. I've been looking at the Procomp 7031 in 16'' cause they're cheap for now or the method double standards. I also like the Procomp 7036's but the smallest size they come in is 17'', and the xd addicts (don't judge) in 17's. So I guess what I'm asking is should I hold off and run my current setup until i get 17's and new tires, or run new wheels in 16's and then get bigger tires down the road.

I just bought a new set of 17" Method NV rims. I love them, the quality is awesome. Nothing wrong with 16s but if i were buying new it would be 17s.

If you wheel get 16s. I've got my share of rock rash on at least 4 sets of wheels, plus the tires are cheaper.

I can't decide either. 4wheel parts keeps telling me that 17's because people have fitment issues with 16's so I can't decide, but I have seen a few people with 16 inch methods and have no issue. I don't want to have to run a wheel spacer though and I don't know if I will have to with 285's

Smaller wheels look better, are better for off-roading, and the tires are cheaper.

Here's mine in 16" on 285's. I was going to get 17's but went with 16's . I like the way it turned out :)

16's and none of those. They are all good looking wheels, just never been into the whole street lock thing.
