While I don't have any completely stock pics for this, I do have one close
enough. It started out as a 2011 TRD Sport that my dad bought to replace his '97 FZJ80 Landcruiser that my sister rolled down a local highway (She survived with very minor injury and is the reason I have the ARB). It was recently given to me by my dad as he moved onto his Raptor.

    Current Mods-

    Exterior:

    -ARB bumper
-THULE rack and Hellevator Kayak holder (SOLD)
    -Debadged

    Performance:

    -SpinTech Super Pro Street 9000
-Custom Silverline dual out resonator tip
-AFE Stage 2 Cold Air Intake

    Wheels 'n Tires:

    -265/70/16 Cooper Discovery HTP's
    -Stock Aluminum wheels

    Interior:

    -Repainted emblems and console (Teal)
    -WeatherTech floormats, front and back

    Lighting:

-Piaa LP530 LED fog lights (Mounted on top of bumper)
    -3rd brakelight 'TRD' cover
-Piaa Xtreme White Plus headlight bulbs

    Wish list-

    -
    Rear Armor
    -Suspension/lift
    -Moar LEDs
    -Fiberglass Fenders
-???Not too sure as of the direction of this build, so for now.... I have no idea:rolleyes:

Decided it looked a little bit too clean, so I went on a mini wheeling adventure out at Whiskeytown Lake.:) Hopefully getting parts by the end of this summer at latest!!! Gotta let that wallet replenish! ;)

So this pic I snapped just after practice today seems to really highlight two of my passions: Football and my Truck.:D Anyways, if anyone is actually reading through this thread, I'm looking to debadge my truck, paint my badges, then rebadge. If anyone has a how to video or can just walk me through it, that'd be amazing!!!:D

Looks good homie! For debadging, surround the badges with masking tape so you know where hey go for reinstallation, get a hair dryer, heat the badges up, and use fishing line to kinda saw through the glue behind the badges. Once off use goof off or goo gone to remove any residue. Sand, prime, and paint badges and then use 3m double sided tape to reinstall. I actually just took my green Tacoma door badges off the other day. The sun faded them really bad in the last year so I'm just gonna leave them off.

Oh, for the front grill emblem, there are 4 plastic clips that hold the grill in and maybe 2 screws? Can't remember. Super easy to take off. Once off, the emblem should unclip and come off

Thanks for the help! I'm going on vacation here pretty soon, so I will most likely hold off with the paint until the week after. Fiend- Did you clear coat it too? Heard that could help. And thanks a bunch LEX, should be looking a lot better with a lift and tires.:D

Just got back from a week long vacation on Maui. Amazing place if you've never been, complete with Tacomas everywhere. Got some great (hopefully) ideas so it's time to make some calls and get ready for some more mods!:D

Yeah I put about 4 coats of clear coat on the badges. Adding a clear coat will help the color you use to pop a little more.

So to start with, welcome to another Nor-Cal summer, cause there was a huge fire (Currently up to 3,100 acres) up here. Only good thing about these are the amazing photo opportunities that come with.

    IMG_7946_zpsa6745a43_3dc5c089d57ea4ed82b70a06b23f5b9cde87a3d8.jpg

While I was up there, I happened to notice this (Sorry for quality) :

    IMG_7947_zps82b7ebbe_b8de444093df439bf24bdefae2d8d7cc47045774.jpg

Turns out that when I had crashed at a friends' house after a party, they swooped my keys and decided to do some driving. They spun out and did multiple donuts on an extremely sharp rocky area and shredded my rear wheels as well as put a dent and scratches in my new skid (Not yet pictured), and now have an as of yet unidentified leak. My driver side rear tire is still driveable, while my other was too far gone and had to be replaced. Getting into the shop here soon for a full work-up to see what all else is wrong with it. :(

Your "friends" did this? That's fucked up! I'd make them buy you new tires and pay to have that leak fixed otherwise payback can be a bitch! Just saying....

Yeah, the one who was driving is paying for the new rear tires, and the leak turned out to be nothing, or at least is no longer leaking. And haha payback could be a bitch once he gets his Jeep back from the shop! JK. New tires going on in a few days, then it's time to get ready for some glass fenders I believe!

750 dollars later and I'm running a new set of Cooper Discoverer tires for until I gather up enough cash to put some goodies on my truck, which might unfortunately be awhile given football season=low cash inflow.

Wow. Love the grills that HomerTaco makes, but considering the 9+ month wait time, I was curious if anybody had spotted another grill similar to his around anywhere that I could look into???
