    Ok, so ive found this supposed OEM Toyota fog light kit (toyota p/n 00016-35220 ... price, $150 and has toyota made instructions for and is being sold from two toyota dealers that I know of, Daytona Toyota, and Sparks Toyota) and its raised my suspicions... first off, I own a 2012 dcsb tacoma v6, with just the factory convenience package, but since my truck is a v6, does it come prewired for fog lights already?? Im curious to know if this kit I found is for a 4 cylinder tacoma since it actually comes with a wire harness?? Second, the price seems too good to be true, ive read threads where just the housings alone cost about $400, so idk where this price is coming from if the kit is supposed 'OEM' .... I really just want a plug and play kit to keep things neat, the housings, relay, and switch (as well as fuse) im just very confused about the parts, part number etc. Hope someone can shed some light on this.

    Seems legit. A Google of that PN came up with a PDF of installation instructions.

    You may not need the wiring harness if there are wires tied up underneath there. That will just make the install go more quickly.

    Yes, I agree, but I think its for just 2.7L tacos, I also found the PDF instructions as well, but the actual fog light relay, is a totally different design, and color, and actually goes in a fuse block, im heading outside in a few to see if my truck is actually prewired. Im sure you can see my cause for suspicion now lol

    Good catch -- I thought that relay looked funny. Now that I read through the instructions, it looks more like the regular eBay kits but with a Toyota switch thrown in.

    Well I just found out that my truck is pre wired for fogs, I just need an OEM switch, OEM relay, and some foglight housings with H11 bulbs
