Sorry for having to ask this, but I've gotten some mis-information and even called two different Toyota dealers today and got different answers from them. I have an 06 Prerunner 2wd with limited slip. It's not a sport. Does anyone know for sure if I need the additive? I don't want to skip it, and then get the chatter. This is making me too nervous to change it right now..

Yes, you need the additive. That LSD oil only sticker tells you. Plus through 08 LSD was a clutch pack, thus needing friction modifier. 09 + is electric LSD, no additive needed there

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
If you have true LSD you need the additive, if you have the locker, that is not a LSD and you do not need the additive.
