White is the way to go. I used to think silver hid dirt but it doesn't as evidenced with our 4runner.

    Not enough...
I think white is the way to go, but I may be biased. Been driving white cars for the past 8 years :)

I've been a white vehicle fan my entire life.
    White Explorer
    White 1st gen
    White 2nd gen
    White VW Vanagon

Needless to say, I love white vehicles. If I was buying new, the only other color I'd consider is the new light gray they just put out. Guy down the road has one, and I love it. I love my white truck, but that gray is nice. If you don't like the new gray, then get the white.

Buy a black one then come and ask the same question. The same day you wash it it'll look like you never touched the thing!!

One more vote for white as the best color for hiding dirt. Followed maybe by the lightest silver you can find.

Most of the road dust that builds up from day to day is very light in color. Shows up instantly on a dark color. Of course actual mud and bugs will show easily on white but that's true of any color.

Even when my truck is filthy people say "damn your truck is always so clean". From a ways away when dirty it still looks pretty damn good. I've always had white vehicles...easy to keep clean

I have a 32oz bottle of cleaner here at work.....every morning I do a quick spray and wipe of the whole truck.....stays clean all day everyday :cool:

Yup, I think I am definitely going to go with white. Plus, I think with some dark tinted windows and blacked out rims of some sort, it would really look good!

Good choice. I'd have nothing but white. Bush scratches and swirl marks disappear. Pollen only shows up on the glass. This is my second white Tacoma (I almost bought a NBM demo, and I'm danged happy I didn't). After an hour of pressure washing/scrubbing, my caked up to the tip of the antennas truck turned out like this:
