Mounting the shocks further outboard on a solid axle allows them to better control the movement of the wheel in a single wheel impact, full vehicle impacts like a horizontal speed bump would be the same. There will be less damping force required to control the wheel. Also the dampers do have a huge influence in transient response and body control. Not so much on steady state  in the end yes mounting them outboard will help the "handling" but it's a truck, flex>handling.

Physics is the natural science that involves the study of matter and its motion through space and time, along with related concepts such as energy and force.

I would say pull the money...you are young and have time to save. you are probably losing more money in interest from the credit card than gaining money from the 401k

Cut excess expenses for a while... Lower your internet speed, find a way to save on food. Pack your own lunches. Don't pull from your 401k.

10% of your 401k, now you pay taxes, and pay a 10% penalty, and lose compounding interest.

assuming you have ~3k of balances...
you pay $60 a month at highest. are you making minimum payments and letting the interest eat your payments, or are you paying off 5x the minimum payment at least?
besides being discipline, there is more options.

Chase Slate has 0% interest for 15 months, and no balance transfer fee during the first 60 days.. so you could roll your debt to a new card and not pay interest for 15 months. i sure hope you can pay off 3k in 15 months.

Does the $120 come out before or after income tax? If it's before, your tax liability is slightly lower also.
Discover is also doing a very similar deal with their IT card right now. I got that one and roller a balance on to it. I should have it paid off in 10 months with the 0% apr.

On a lifted truck that's probably running almost no caster angle and has a higher COG anyway, probably not. That's kinda why I agreed inboard is the way to go in this case. It's a truck, it never will handle well.
