Anyone have a good workout routine? I have lifted for about 6-7 on and off. I had to stop a year ago because of serious gastritis (sounds dumb but i was hospitalized for a bit). Looking for something new, and an all around good workout to get back into it. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

I have everything there at home including the cables, only thing I dont have is a pullup bar, so i was thinking of using the pulldown bar instead. Everything else looks golden

Buddy videoed me DL today without me knowing it. Let me know what you guys see. I know I flew my butt a little bit, and my hips were a little slow. Made a couple adjustments on my next set and he said it was cleaner, but didn't video it.

I'd open my hips more at the top. Work on mobility and get a little lower will help speed.
