I have the Firestone ride rites, much the same. Since I do a lot of towing and firewood cutting, these are one of the best things I've done to my truck. I highly recommend these to anybody doing the same.

Question... do yours leak down over time? Mine will lose a few psi between gas fill-ups,I am suspecting a small leak in one of my hose cnx's, just want a cross-reference with another owner to see if this is normal or should they be set 'em and forget 'em.

Do you have to use a compressor every time you need to load them up>?

I had the firestones and could set them at 50psi and deploy for 6 months and they were within 5 psi of when I left.
Yes. To adjust the pressure you can use something like a bicycle pump or I had an on board gauge and switch to run the compressor from the cab.

I have had my Firestone air bags for 7 months now with no leaking. Start spraying stuff with soapy water and you will get bubbles at the air leak.

no leaks in the bags.As for slow leaks in the lines, you really just have to make sure you have the lines cut square & pushed all the way to bottom in the connectors.

    John I'll take 130.00 shipped

I just got done installing my Firestone ride rites today. I bought them mainly for towing trailers. I will keep an eye on my psi between fill ups.
