Did I Goof Anything?

Ok, had a brain fart and started turning this bolt above the transmission pan (with the rectangular tab) temporarily thinking it was the fill plug for a drain and fill. I could have sworn the truck started to move a little when I turned it. Yes, I found the true fill plug but want to know what this bolt is and if I need to do anything about moving it. Worried a little. Thanks for your help.

Yes, the slotted one connected to the sensor. Should I just tighten it up as tight as it goes? What is this bolts purpose?

 

I believe that is your Neutral / Park Safety Switch.
Make sure the truck only starts in Neutral and Park.
If it starts in any other gear other than Neutral or Park you'll need to adjust the switch.
The slot / tab you turned is used to line up the with a mark on the sensor when adjusting.
