No. Slept earlier since I was tired from canning. Now I'm all messed up.

I do that all the time ... sleep when I'm tired. Frustrating when you're the only one awake in the house and have to keep it quiet though.

 

What have u been canning if i may ask?

It's my night off. Just stopping by. Smoking baby backs today, just put the rub on, cover and refrigerate. Probably start the smoker around 11-12 and they'll smoke for about 6-7hr.

I guess getting a manager position is the tricky part. I suggest you consider taking any position with them in CO that you can get if you don't have a guaranteed job with someone else when you make the leap. Some income is better than rapidly depleting your savings while looking for another job. Just some food for thought.
