FYI for us to get the room it will be $12.50 a person with a 30 person min. This will include food and drinks. Travis you can weigh in on that. I'll front the money if needed but expect to be reimbursed by people attending. And if we don't get 30 I'm willing to cover the rest of the cost for the room. I don't see 30 people being a problem though. The raffle tickets will be $5 each and the bigger ticket items will be auctioned off.

Looks like we have 18 committed and 8 maybes. Hopefully we secure all of those and a couple of walk-ins as well to get to that 30.

What time are we anticipating being at Rudy's and getting everything kicked off?

Also - who all is coming from the north and would like to caravan down to the trail head? I think it was Bob that suggested going a different route than I-25 down which might save some time.

Meet at Rudy's at 10:30 and hopefully some people bring passengers so that we easily meet that 30 person minimum. EVERYONE BRING A FRIEND!

I meant post-trail run. Meaning - when do we anticipate eating and raffling?

I'll be bringing my wife. She wanted to support Kim.

Nice yeah I don't think the 30 persons will be a problem. I've let a few springs people know as well. Also I'll pick up kims because there is no reason for her to have to pay for anything.

I might bring a work buddy. I have to work a 8 hour shift that night starting at 9pm....but I will be there for as much as I can. Are we meeting at Rudy's 10:30...doing the trail run...then returning back to Rudy's? Sorry if this has been already answered above.

Yeah I personally wouldn't be able to go to the Rudy's part if it's that late. I don't think the trail will take us that long either.

That would be hard to keep track of I think...

The trail run can be pushed earlier if you guys decide so. I was giving everyone time to get there. I have done meets with a lot of you and several are always late late so I thought giving more drive time would help the less punctual.

X2 someone who is more familiar with this trail area general definitely let us know what the timeline would look like if we are starting at 10:30. Keep in mind that every time you stop 25 trucks anywhere bullshitting commences.
