30" LightBar in bottom bumper help

Wanting to put a 30" in my bumper like this. Not wanting to trim or cut bumper any, this pic is a 21.5" with some mounts welded to the frame. If I took a 30" could I mount it directly to the frame?

 

2nd gen here but I mounted mine to the crash bar with self tapping screws





Still need to relocate my license plate

So anyone have any tips on mounting this 30?
The stock mounts make it sit up too tall about the space and I've seen someone on here that's done it just need some help!
