I've been thinking of doing a set of light bars, since NY has a front plate law and I can't get away with only one big bar. SO...my plate covers the smaller open area under the grill. I measured...there's about 8 inches to either side of the plate between the plate and bar .

Move your plate to the "skid plate" thing on the bull bar (where it says Westin) and then get a regular light bar.

    Just a few LEDs...
Put a small light bar on each side of the license plate then put a matching one in the hood scoop. :D
