I live in Santa Barbara, and was looking for a long travel kit to put on my truck. Do you make any that are more of a bolt on type application to an 05 tacoma 2wd?

I have a 2005 tacoma, double cab with a short bed.

I could tab the lower arm and make steering arms and top caps to make this kit bolt on for a just a little more $, all you would need is limit strap mounts welded on your frame, since you are local I could do that for you.

Kit would be best with 8" SwayAway coilovers if you want it bolt in.
    I have a used set.
If you are interested my cell # is in the 1st post.

Setting this up to be a compete bolt on kit.

Changed the upper shock hats for the slight change in geometry for a little less bump and a little more droop with the TC upper arm cup angle.
Cycles perfect. Pics are of metal to metal full bump and droop.
Dimensions are setup for an 8" SAW coilover.

These are the lower arms off my 4runner that are already tabbed for coilovers and an airbump.
Added a top bump plate for stock rubber bumpstops and an internal gusset under the rubber bump location.

It could work with 4wd but won't just bolt in.

Because of the axle on 4wd the coilover has to have a longer lower rod end to space the coil and coil seat up away from it for clearance.

This makes the shock longer overall so the upper mount needs to be raised the same amount, which means modifying the stock coilbucket and fabricating new upper mounts.

No I cannot install it on your 4wd truck for you, have too many projects I'm working on right now.

What about using this kit with some lt coilovers made for 4wd like ones from Icon?

My lower arm is higher up than most LT kits with how the lower ball joint bolts up to the spindle.

Kits that bolt the lower arm under a uniball that is bolted to the spindle have more room for a taller shock with a longer lower rod end.

That being said mine might clear the axle with a standard length lower rod end since the lower shock mount is higher up in relation to the axle but I cannot verify as I have not tried to install my kit on a 4wd.

I use SAW because they are the shortest length shocks on the market and an off the shelf 8" just fits in with my kit without any coil bucket modification.
