So I spoke with all pro and apparently there is a huge back order of there leafs, and I won't get my stuff until after the 27th. And apparently the fox shocks I ordered had a recall because a lot if them were failing. So yay! It'll be over 2 months wait from when I ordered them. I swear I have the worst luck

    Hello Folks,

My youngest son (Danny) acquired his Learners Permit this past Monday. He had never driven before Monday. I wanted him to practice in dirt roads 1st before driving on the streets. These videos are of his 3rd day out here.

After practicing 3 point turn-arounds, driving between those tires on the ground in the vid, driving in reverse, & some pavement driving up to 35 MPH to practice reaction times, we decide to return to civilization but not before having a little bit of fun. The next vids are all from my Go-Pro. My wife is riding on the passenger side front seat & I'm in the back seat.

Understanding Anti Lock Brakes, the fun way!

In this video we are on our way out & heading towards Krome Ave.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLmyBvpMYwU

We were heading out but Danny really liked this part so we returned & he drove it again but a bit faster as you'll see in the next video.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PtPtfkOYx2I

This video is what my truck ended up like after all the driving my son did on the other 4 videos that I previously posted. After this we went to International Mall & there was a huge tent in the parking lot. Under the tent were 2 cars being washed by a company that advertises "Waterless Car Wash". I drove up to them slowly & their eyes were popping out! HAHAHA!

Happy to get my truck dirty:

Happy that he did so well:

Hey man! Nice to hear from you.

There's Lazy Springs on August 31 in La Belle, Fl. It's far though. 2 hours nw of Miami. It would be awesome if you could go though.

I'm sure we'll do another "Hump" meet later on.

Haha, yea been working some crazy hrs and I can't access TW at work sadly...As for that meet I can't make it. I work early the next day and a 5+ hr drive is a no go. I'll be creeping around looking for the next meet at the hump. Should have my new rims on the truck by then too. Ordered a set of the new SCS SR8 matte blacks that come in this week.

Will do, I even got some TRD center caps incase I feel the rim needs some contrast.

    This thread lives...

I drove my truck yesterday for the first time in what was actually three weeks. It was the first time I drove the truck because I genuinely felt bad that I hadn't driven it. I have this stupid work car and for now I dont have room for the truck Its been sitting in my aunts garage just collecting dust. I cant turn down the free gas that comes with the company car though. I've driven almost 3000mi in the last month just because I don't care about the gas money. Hopefully I will be getting the gas card for my truck and an acceptable vehicle allowance so that I can get rid of this work car and just drive my truck around. It will be soo sweet if it works out.
