Yep. I'd have the heart to email him and say he's about 200% optimistic but he'd probably think I was a lowballing asshole trying to screw him over.

Another guy has the same set minus 1 missing center cap, no TPMS, same tires with similar looking wear for $200. Hoping he will sell me just the steelies and lugs.

Other than being 3 years old and having needed all the valve stems replaced they're in perfect condition. Practically giving away the wheels for free.

No. There are bad sellers too as well as buyers. Never list anything for sale that isn't immediately available for purchase.
