I've been using ecigs when I really want nicotine. Otherwise it's been gum or toothpicks

Alex, I am going to give you this freebie here. For anyone to use really. www.fasttech.com

Get yourself an 18650 MOD and a rebuildable deck atomizer. RDA. So many to pick from, find something thats eye catching and then look for a review of it on youtube.

So many juices and flavors to choose from, easily work your way off the nic with the many different levels of nic. Check out a brand called High Voltage. They enfuse the liquids with vitamins, caffiene , melatonin, etc. Depending on what you are going for. They have nic in them too from 0-36. Great flavors.

No kidding - I was at the Cape all weekend for a wedding. Stopped in Newport on the way home (because we couldn't get enough of the popped collar look apparently).

Alex, not trying to tell you what to do but don't you really need to get away from the e-cig's and gum as well. Other wise your just changing from one habbit to another. People can get addicted to anything. Just a quick story; my mother in-law used gum to quite smoking, now she has been chewing that kind of gum for over 20 years. It's sad really, she sort of freaks out if she's running out but always complains about how much it costs. Kinda weird

That is what I do at work all day. I go through half a pack of Orbit gum a day. When I'm not at work, I don't even think about gum.

True. I don't chew gum constantly, nor do I use that Nicorette crap. Just whenever I really want one.

My neighbor's dad was an alcoholic. Case of bud every day type thing. It was bad. Now he drinks sprite non stop lol

I never want a cigarette when I'm at home, but when I'm driving or at work, it's all I want

The beauty of Ecigirettes is this. You can go from whatever Nicotine level you want, work your way all the way down to 0mg nicotine. Sometimes for people, it is an 'oral fixation' that they cannot break.

Personally, I am on 0mg Nicotine Juice. No caffeine, but some of the good flavors. I do like that some of the companies have started adding beneficial items like Vitamins to the mix.

One of my buddies is an older gentleman. He has swallowing issues. Cancer, and a list of other things. He learned how to take some of his pain meds and other meds through Inhalation. His preferred method is using an Atomizer. Needless to say, he makes his own juices.

Ultimately, yes, in a perfect world we would be free of all dependancies. I do not smoke cigarettes. Did for a couple months in my teens. A hot chik said I was addicted, and that never sat well with me. To prove them wrong, I stopped cold turkey. Never looked back. However, a tradition with my family was to have all the men sit around and smoke REAL cigars, not the fancy Black and milds.

When you look at the Burnt inhalation vs Atomized Liquids... Well, the science will tell.

Back to the cigars, For me, I have thousands of Dollars invested in cigars. Fuentes Fuente Opus X, Romeo and Julieta, Partagas, Cohiba, custom cigars, and even more brands. Constantly skirting import laws and backroom deals for embargoed items. Not to mention if the Feds showed up to grab my stash I would be in a world of hurt.

Smoking a cigar for me is at most Once a month. normally once every 3 months. Enjoying one, traditionally with family, has been how I was raised since I was a child. Last time, I brought the Vaporizer. my grandfather was the only one really hesitant about it. Everyone else was accepting of it. Lack of odor and residual smoke was a big hit with them.

ah, whatever.// We are adults, everyone should make their own decisions in life and find their own path. Great grandmother smoked and drank all up until she died at the age of 102. Had been doing so since she was 15 or younger she told me.

By far, a less expensive venture is the Atomizer Market.

If you haven't already, try some of the small tape shops and se if they will let you test the different liquids. You'll see, there is such a quality difference. Some are GREAT and others make me want to puke.

I like a good cigar now and then. I usually stay around the $10 mark, but I usually once a month or so during the summer I'll get a nice (my definition of nice is probably far below your definition of nice, but for the purposes of this post that's irrelevant ;)) cigar, pour myself a bourbon rocks or a mint julep (depending on the character of the cigar I bought) and sit on my front steps for an hour ruminating.

Of course, I'll also bring a pack of swisher sweets along when I go fishing, for bug control.

I'm never struck with the urge for a cigar during the winter, though. Too fu*king cold around here during the winter to sit outside for an hour smoking.
