I have a 2009 tacoma and the AC IS cooling and blowing on all 4 speeds. However it isn't blowing 100% , my dad has an 08 and his blows almost twice as much air. I have replaced the cabin air filter and it did not help. I also noticed when I removed the Cabin air filter itself the AC blew the way it should. I am thinking it is some blockage along the filter/s .
Is there any other filters or maybe a coil I should take out and clean?
It driving me nuts with this south Texas
    blaze!!
    Thanks fellas

Any chance a HVAC door is sticking, and air is coming out at the floor or defrost outlets?
