Anybody ever try or drink bullet proof coffee regularly? Just wondered if it is all hype or if there is something else out there to satisfy my coffee craves..

It's legit. Kerrygold butter is my favorite to use, tastes amazing (it's from grassfed cows). You can also use virgin coconut oil with or without the butter if you prefer. Good stuff all around though

You can use whatever coffee beans you normally like. Bulletproof coffee is a term for coffee with medium chain triglycerides (MCT's) from coconut oil, and butter added. Now people are trying to cash in on it by branding specific products bulletproof. Don't fall for it. The caffeine+the healthy fats is what makes it bulletproof.

Bulletproof is a SCAM! The butter coffee is not his idea. Rob Wolf was on it way before Dave Asprey. Feel free to google it.
