Not sure if anyone has any experience with one of these but if you do, do you know if this would work with / connect to a 2005-2010 stock stereo?

Think of it as just an extension cable with a nice mounting bracket. My 07 stock radio didn't have a factory aux anything, so what you've listed here wouldn't plug into it at all. There might be some DIY hack to add aux to those radios, but I didn't research it as the factory radio came out on day 2.
