Ordered some mickey thompson clasic baja locks in 16x8 with the -22 offset. Have an ome 3" lift with the 885 coils, tires are 265/75/16 bfg km2's, wanted a wider offset wheel to stick out a little.

You should be fine. I am running Dick Cepek DC-2 16x8 rims with 4" backspacing and DC F-C II tires that are 265/75/16 and have no issues. I am also running the OME 885 coils up front with OME shocks as well.

You should be fine. I ran the same back spacing on Mickey Thompson Classic II's with the same size tires on only Billstein 5100's on my 2010 regular cab. Only rubbed at full lock.

Stacked spacer lift, 22x12 wheels with stretched 33's, tow mirrors, bull nuts.
4.5 backspacing is optimal with a 16" wheel if you don't want spacers.
