I go to Silver Lake dunes every summer around the 4h of July. Always a great time. Where was that second picture taken?

South of Silver lake off Hwy 20 in the Manistee national forest. We were there on the 4th, I'm going back next week to look for more trails and go to the apple fest. My mom lives in silver lake so we go every year...

I was up there last weekend with ATV Lifestyle. We had a really good time. I actually saw three other 2nd Gens and two 1st Gens up there. All of the trucks seemed to be handling the dunes rather well.

I won't be able to make it up there again this year but I usually try to get up there 2-3 times a year. There is a Prerunner Invasion that happens in May. I'll be up there for that. Let me knwo when you are going after this weekend and I'll see what I can do to get up there.

Enjoy the weekend. Wish I could go.

I was there on the 4th this year as well. Parents live just north of Muskegon, MI. I'd like to do some more exploring in the national forest. Seems like thye are closing alot of the old forest roads up there.
