installed light bar last night -- now I need to figure something out with my headlights, either HID or LED's -- any thoughts on either of the two? light bar makes my headlights and fogs look terrible

Dont do hids. I had them for a couple months, can't tell you how many times I was flashed. Had to turn them off when I stopped at stop lights because the people in front of me literally had to cover their eyes. I recently took them out.

    Getting there...
If you do HIDs, do a proper retrofit. Then you won't get flashed and get the most light output possible. The Retrofit Source sells the parts to do it yourself or you can find guys on here to do it for you. Lifetime LEDs makes a replacement LED kit for your headlights.

Because you cheaped out and blinded everyone else in the process.

It's been said a million times here and other places. If you want brighter headlights, get HIDs. If you get HIDs, do a proper retrofit.

Leave them stock, it's enough light with the fogs on, when off-road you have the led bar and are set.
