Can anyone advise if an aftermarket non-metal bed cover exists that uses the bed rails? My bed has top side bedliner which I would like to keep.
    Thanks

Hey Spit, Welcome to the forum. (same to you, Justice)
What type of cover are you looking for, folding, solid?
I have an Undercover solid cover that I like ... it's secure, watertight, and attaches to the rail system. I sometimes wish I had a folding top for convenience, though.

I've got a Tonno-Pro tri-fold. Mounts right on the rails and can be completely removed in about 10 minutes. I've had it for 2 1/2 years with no problems, it's almost 100% watertight.

are you looking for a tonneau that sits inbetween the top of the bed sides while securing to the inner factory bed utility rail? not sure i understand the OPs post.

i have a Access "Vanish" tonneau that sits inside / between the top rails and mounts to the factory utility rail (between it and the bed) . i think most tonneaus do this... if you buy this cover i would go for the limited edition though.

I have an Access Limited Edition (LE) like someone recommended above. It is a soft rollup cover, and the factory rails are still 100% usable. That's the main reason I picked this cover. I love it - I just replaced the velcro on it yesterday and it's like a brand new cover again.

This. I have the same cover. Took rails off, installed tonneau, put rails back on.

 Hi , I just put on a Lund Genesis Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover last week. Installed in 1 hour by myself. I really like the product so far and ease of install & simplicity to open and close. I will not open and close it a lot so durability will be a question. Being self contained and framed I think shrinkage will be little to no issue like other roll ups. Cost me like $330. delivered to door. Hope this helps
There are several videos you can see install ease and looks !

What part of the Velcro is the most likely to wear out?? The hook or the loop?

I have an Armor Lid ABS (hard) cover - which as been discontinued, but have been extremely happy with it. Might still be some NOS out there. It locks, gas struts, on/off in 10 minutes or so. No problems, insulates bed well from heat, and is strong enough to walk on. Attached to bed rail at front, and uses a foot or so of side bed rails, leaving plenty of room for cleats on the sides, decent gasket, rear overhang secures tailgate when locked.

I just ordered an Access Limited edition cover for my 2014 Access cab. What do you guys use to clean the cover and what parts wear out the most on it?

Forgive me for flagrantly jacking the thread, but did you have to insert weatherstrip at the front and tailgate to fill the gaps or did the cover come with it? Thanks in advance.

I also have an access cover and I did not put the weather stripping at the front and the bed gets water in it. Something I will have to do in the future. There is a write up on how to do it.

I am also interested on what product used to clean and protect it.

Get some 303 Aerospace Protectant - then throw away anything you have that says "Armor-All".

I too have used Aerospace 303 Protectant or Just Once.
There are many tonneau specific cleaners now too.
Everything I've read said to avoid anything with silicone like Armor All as said above!

I would use Adam's Super VRT, it won't run when it gets rained on like 303.
