ride is smooth, almost stock-like, but maybe little bit stiffer.

I noticed this morning when I was driving into my work parking garage that I could hear like a ticking noise, only when I went over small bumps/holes. not sure where it's coming from exactly, but it's the front for sure. took a look under to see if anything was loose, but I didn't see thing obvious. gotta check again when I get home. any ideas?

do you know which side of the truck it's coming from?

could be the new springs settling after installation.

I was trying to figure that out today while I circled my parking garage. hard to tell cause the sound echoes around... I might have my wife drive it up and down our street so I can figure out what side.

I don't know if it matters, but it's not like a scraping or hard metal to metal contact noise. so you could be right, maybe it's just settling in :confused:

if you have some moly spray lube, you could hit the top of the strut and the bottom shock bolts, see if that helps.

I got some from ace hardware, I think home depot or even napa or o'reilly's should have something comparable too.

could probably use wd-40 as well, but it might wash away faster.

Home Depot, city mill got them. It's called tri flow in a black spray can, can't remember the name. It has orange writing on top the can.

When my front end was creaking, I had my wife repeatedly drive my truck in and out of the garage while I held on to the skid plate as it dragged me back and forth :D

    :edit:
    that sounds wrong

so last night, I got home around 11 and decided to take a look to see if there was anything hanging or loose. turns out, the bolts in the swaybar brackets were loose, so the bar was banging itself on the bracket  . it wasn't super loose, which kinda explains the noise not being too loud, but loose enough to have some wiggle room.

tightened the bolts up, and the noise went away :D :D :D

eww. Bad workmanship. I wouldn't go back to that shop. We should bad that shop too and place it on the unmentionable list.

one side was a little looser than the other. wasn't anything real major though, but I only found it cause I grabbed the swaybar and gave it a few pulls and heard/felt it move a little. I assumed that was it cause everything else was solid.
