Took Ash out for sprints and he is finally faster than me. Its nice to have him pushing me to go faster...it sucks knowing he hasn't even came close to reaching his peak speed yet. Exercising him is about to suck in a good way .

 

We've got a yorkie and he's so fast. My fiancee's mom takes him on a 6 mile run everyday and he still has energy! I'd say he can easily hit 20-25 mph. Ol' Aceypoo is a rocket! I've shown so many people pics of your dog. Coolest looking dog ever

 

Haha thanks! He is a bad ass pup! We took my roomates Belgian out fishing with us last weekend and we let her out of the truck when we hit some back roads. No shit that dog ran up a mountain at 9500ft-ish elevation for about a mile and a half at speeds between 15-20 mph. Didn't even phase her. She did stop once...to take a crap then sprinted off like it was nothin!

Had a guy at the gym tonight asking me some questions about my workout. He's like 6', 185 lbs. Asked how much I weighed, then said he didn't believe I was 146 lbs. Then he says "No homo dude, but I wish I had your physique. I need your definition."

Makes ya feel good about all those hours spent in the gym.

 

On power lifting and sniffing ammonia.

 

all I know is I used concentrated amonium hydroxide in lab a few times and holy fucking shitsnacks

 

I've heard of powelifters doing it for a quick adrenaline rush.....I've also heard of people in back alleys huffing paint lol. Fuck dat

 

I used to use ammonia in highschool before wrestling matches. The whole team did actually. It'll get you awake alright. We used to wake people up on the bus with them hahaha.

 

I usually just mix a little bit of 91 octane in my preworkout drink.

 

I tend to go for a 190 Octane

PR'd my sumo deadlift yesterday at 475. Pretty pumped since I haven't been able to go heavy for a couple months. Then hit 3x1 close grip bench at 335. Walked out like:
