I have a 2014 regular cab 4x4. My truck came with the base aluminum 16" wheels and I was thinking of purchasing these wheels I found on Amazon.

    Will they even fit?

Those are stock off road wheels chrome plated. I would check them closely as the job could be cheaply done.

Those are stock aluminum alloys. Nothing to do with Offroad package, except they're included with it. I bought the aluminum alloys, and they can be found on any non TRD Sport/Limited model Tacoma since they're a factory option.

Maybe. Hang around this site long enough and you'll probably not want the chrome anymore.

Do you plan on lifting your truck and adding larger tires? If so, what do you have in mind?

Op if you really want some chrome OEM wheels, there's always a handful of "Limited" stockers for sale on Craig's for around $800-$1000. Usually including rubber in new take off condition.
