I think I have something wrong with me because honestly I can ring my shirt out after, and when I walk around the gym I leave a trail of sweat on the floor... Kinda embarrassing haha :anonymous:

I never use wraps or anything when I lift, chalk because of my sweating problem but that's it.
    What's everyone's thoughts?
A belt I guess if you're going to get really crazy but doesn't it hinder your results?
Why not do less weight without the assist?

Story of my life, I hate hands haha this is how mine are now and how they look on the regs. The plus is the nerve cells stop working as good and it starts to hurt less lol

I've had buddies say they fill garden gloves with lotion and sleep with me on it it makes there hands perfect never tried it tho

^Don't hate. Some of us don't need rough hands to prove something :p. I take care of my hands and calluses. Chicks dig it.

Got a little burned out on regular deads so I'm going back to hex bar deadlifts for a little bit. I love the way it targets your traps

I joined planet fitness. They offer a free class with a trainer to design a work out program. He was alright but I figured out why it was free really quick. lol. It is a place to start and I have a few guys I work with go to the same gym.

Something kind of like keto. Pretty much a carb backload type thing. Stay pretty low carb, high fat throughout the days. Post workout I'll down a bunch of carbs to help fuel recovery though. Post workout shake is a scoop of protein and about 7 scoops of pure dextrose.

Yea, my hands stay messed up too. Plus I always pick at them. My buddy smoothed his out one time, and regretted it for a week b/c his hands hurts so bad from the bar. No thanks

Keto just isn't for me lol. It worked, but you've got to be a dedicated mother fucker to stick with it and battle the head fog, lack of energy, etc. I do like low carb (~200g) when cutting though

I just don't think dainty hands is a trait I'd enjoy having. I've never used gloves and never will. I do like chalk though...there's nothing I can do about sweat; I only use it on heavy bench days anyway
