also would like to say that the new 2.0 mini projectors from TRS fit like absolute shit in the tacoma headlight. I fucking hate these projectors right now.

 

Mine fit in the headlight perfectly <3

Mine do not have enough threads to get the bulb cap on. I either have to cut to get more room to be able to torque the rubber seal down about 5-6 more threads, or take the rubber seal out from inside the reflector bowl.

 

Mine were the same way. I didn't use the metal cup shaped bracket on the back. I put the bulb holder on without it. Lemme try to find a photo



Didn't use the metal piece behind the rubber isolator. Haven't had issues yet. I put the nut inside that hole, then screwed the projectors in until they were tight and level

Back of mine is totally different. I can't fit that nut you used unless I cut. I might have to take those rings off or heat up the rubber seal. I'll get a pick when I get home. Had to go get wings and kilt lifter before I snap.
