I just bought a 2002 Tacoma V6 Xtracab. It came with AT tires and wheels and they gotta go! Craigslist in Atlanta has a lot of Toyota wheels for various models like the 4Runner. I verified that I need 16" X 7" width but I am concerned about other possible conflicts like "offset".

    Any advice?

I have had theses on my 2004 Double cab with P245/70R17 with no issues:

But ended up going with these wheels and P245/75R16" tires and I have no rubbing at all:

Both of these wheels are 30mm offset and 5.25/5.5" backspacing depending on who measures them. The top one is off of a 2009 4Runner Sport and the bottom one is off of the Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4.

If you stay with a factory wheel and factory size tire, you may experience rubbing at full lock, or you can add a set of Bora 3/4" or 1" wheel spacers and be good to go.

Is this the wheel you have now:

    They are 16x7 with a 15mm offset.
