Interested. Does any one know is there a way to fix the 2/3 rpm to read correct on a 4cyl?
And can the mileage be adjusted?

I have a 4 cyl. I looked around a lot to see if I could adjust the tach and never found a good answer. I just learned to live with it until I found the cluster with the correct tach. As far as mileage goes, the odometer is original and never been touched in this cluster. If you are mechanically inclined, it is possible to adjust. But not easy in any way. PM me if you are interested in buying.

I got a V6 tach for my 4 cyl. To fix the error I just swapped out the control chip. If you look on the back of the cluster in the OPs post, you will see a small black "box" behind the tach area, similar in location to where the speedometer cable is for the speedo. Swap them out and away you go! My tack is spot-on.

My new 97 has no tach. I'd love to swap yours in. How much you want for it? Can you ship? I'll pay shipping too. Thx B

Sorry. Its not for sale. The one I swapped in for it had issues so I had to put it back in my dash.
