Need part names

I recently went mudding in my 05 Tacoma, extended cab. When I was cleaning it I noticed these flaps that (I think)were supposed to cover the engine bay were missing some of the screws holding them in. The flapps seemed like they had been water logged too. I've looked around and I cant find a name for these parts so that I can replace them. This is where I need help... Can anybody name the parts? There behind my front two wheels on the engine bay wall. There to the left and right of the shocks. Thanks for the help

Thanks for the help! That wasn't the exact part I needed but with that part number I was able to pull up a diagram for all the parts around it and found what I needed. Thanks again!
