    Not a bad idea. My finacee's mom walks our Yorkie (I know, such a manly dog) 6 miles a day and he loves it. I just don't think I'd look too cool jogging through town with a yorkie lol

    Just got done with Lower A. Went light today and am gonna go heavy on Lower B on Saturday. I weighed in at 201 today. I only gained half a pound last week, so I upped the calories to an 850 calorie surplus from 750. GAAAAAINZ

    squats: 135x10, 225x10, 225x10, 185x15, 135x10
    straight-legged deadlifts: 3 sets of 15 @ 185
    leg extensions: 3 sets of 15 @ 35 lbs per leg
    lying leg curls: 2 sets of 20 @ 25 lbs per leg, 1 set of 15 @ 35 lbs per leg
    calves
    abs

    Might do some LISS this afternoon, but I doubt it :anonymous:

    Anyone ever try Orange Triad multivitamins? I was reading a lot today about ON OptiMen vs. Universal AnimalPak, but Orange Triad kept popping up, so I started reading about them and I eventually found a study that showed that Orange Triad's micronutrients were superior and higher quality than OptiMen's and most other brands due to them being more easily absorbed by the body...and no, it wasn't an Orange Triad-sponsored study...I'd post the link, but I can't find it. Anyway, the general consensus was that their multivitamin was superior to most others due to their higher-quality ingredients and the fact that theirs incorporates digestion and joint-support aid, too.

    Anyone ever tried them? It's only $30 for a 45 day supply and right now on bb.com, you get a free cottle of fish oils, too. Tempted......
