    How many of you guys work out at night? I went at 8:30 last night and it was packed. I usually go at 6:30 am, so I was a bit thrown off. Seemed like every machine had some using it at some point, so I did a bunch of cardio (row machine and bike), front squats then jump ropes and sit ups. Didn't get much lifting done, but I was over trying to squeeze my sets in between everyone else.

    yeah i stopped going at night because of that, pretty much anytime after 6 it gets packed cuz kids are getting off school and adults are getting off work. best time to go is probably on your lunch or before work.
