Alright so I'm going to attempt to link the back of my 4Runner next year and research has started. With the little amount of experience I have, it would definitely be nice to have someone review this to make sure I don' fuck shit up haha.

    I'll be running a 16" or 18" King Coilover

So here's what I have so far:
    Coils
    Spring Rate 250/150
150 is the primary or lower coil
    250 is the secondary coil

    Links
Lower links should be 2.00” by .25 DOM
    Uppers/Wishbone 1.75” by .120 DOM
Bed Cage 1.75” by .120 DOM

    Joints
    -Lower Link Axle Side: (RuffStuff.com)
    Right hand thread
    7/8” x 3/4” Rod End Set ID 1.5”
    P/N: 78X34SET15

    - Lower Link Frame Side:
Ballistic Poly Bushing 2.63” Weldable Housing
    P/N: BUS-664-43

-Upper Link Frame and Axle Side: (ruffstuff.com)
    2- 1.25" Rod End Set 1.5" Tube Id P/N: 125RESET

    Mounts
-Frame mounts from Ballistic P/N: BRK-1082-13 and BRK-1082-11
    1-Lower Link Axle Mounts Ballistic P/N BRK-1007-1
    1-Upper Link Axle Mount Ballistic P/N *BRK-1011-1
2- Coilover mounts Axle Side Ballistic P/N: RK-1037-2
2- Shock Tabs Bed Cage Side Ballistic P/N: BRK-1018-13

    The Plans:

Not really sure what you are going with here, you are already linked. Also, a coilver vs a spring and shock setup is very different, which are you going for, you mention coilver, but the drawing is coils and shocks?

On the links, you should go bigger on the heims, I blew out my 7/8 on the lower links in just a few months, I am going to redo with the 1.25 on the lowers with the 2" DOM, and use the 7/8" on the uppers with the 1.75" DOM, all .25" wall. Here is what I would do

    Joints
    -Lower Link Axle Side: (RuffStuff.com)
    Right hand thread
1.25" Rod End Set 1.5" Tube ID
    P/N: 125reset

    -Upper Link Frame Side: (ruffstuff.com)

    7/8" X 3/4" Rod End Set
    P/N: 78X34SET15

Bushed DOM Sleeve for both sets of links

There is a LOT that goes into a link design if you are moving the mounts to have longer links, which I assume is the plan if you are going coilovers. Don't want to dissuade you from going for this, but what are you trying to get out of the truck? Will you SAS it too? Are you doing the Rubicon, or dez mobbing? There is only so much you can do to the rear while still having IFS to improve the capability, my rear setup is about at that point, any more droop and the drive shaft starts hitting shit and getting some bad pinion angles.

The drawing was something I found online haha. It'll be a coil over setup.

Good to know on the Links and Heims. I just started all this research last week and hope to be purchasing a welder in the coming months.

Edit- Just saw your edit, desert mobbing for days.
