    I'm not sure exactly what your question is, so I'll just sort of spray info.

    I agree, the picture looks like it goes on the left side of the column. My 2003 has stock cruise control (which is not the best cruise control system I've ever had) and it is on the right side of the steering column.

    Perhaps the picture is a stock photo and not actually for the unit being sold. I suggest you contact them and hope you get someone knowledgeable on the phone.

    That's the cruise that many dealers add at the port or the dealership. I have it, many Tacos around here have that cruise. It works flawlessly so far, and it does install on the left hand side.
