2013 Prerunner Texas Edition

Going to be a slow build thread, but thought I would make one. Not quite sure how a Texas Edition ended up in Georgia, but here we go.

Bought used from Billy Cain Ford Lincoln with about 23,600 miles on it in September of this year. First truck I've ever bought own my own and I've always wanted a Tacoma. Since it's a Texas Edition I decided to name it Walker, like the show Walker, Texas Ranger. I don't plan to use the truck off road other than the dirt road I live on, just my daily driver.

Upgraded audio with Kenwood speakers
Weathertechs
Changed wiper switch to intermittent
Jumper LED interior, reverse, and license plate lights
K&N air filter
Scangauge
Bed mat
Fog lights

Future mods
3" Toytec lift(Christmas present)
Install underhood kit(Already have)
Retrofit headlights
Color-matched tonneau?

Other than the wheels I don't know what is different on a Texas Edition.

 

Pretty much, just wheels n floormats n badges is all i see. Ida never bought mine if it didnt have those wheels tho. Toyota sucks at wheel designs

 

When I bought it there where no floor mats haha. I do like the wheels, looked at several different options to upgrade, but still like the ones that it came with. Plus with my black fenders I don't know what would look good on it.

 

Yea the wheels r sick as hell n what set it off for me. Giant boner first time i saw em lol. Heres mine the day i got it. Made a few changes since but not alot.


This is all the floormats have on em. Same star as on the door. Nothin special really

 

Really didn't like the interior lighting, so I ordered a new set of interior lights, and an underhood kit from Chris at Jumper's LEDs, and he threw in a set of licenses plate LEDs for free!

I know I'm a little late, but got a lot of stuff for my truck for Christmas. I have a Scangauge, new Kenwood speakers, a bed mat, lots of washing and detailing stuff, and a 3" ToyTec lift!

 

Planning on getting the same lift with the coils, spacer, and 1.5" aal. Nice truck btw

 

Preciate it. Yeah, now that I have the lift I have to find the money to get it put on. The only shop I know of around here that will install it quoted me $4-500.

 

Plasti-dipped the front emblem today. Not quite sure how I feel about it yet though. Painted this on top of a cinder block and this was the outcome, thought it was cool. Added these stickers too, always wanted the American flag one.

 

Can I ask where you got the American Flad decal?

 

I bought it from an Instagram account. "Yotamafia" I believe.

 

Finally put in some fog lights!
