I love my 4x innovations sliders. They're also the cheapest on the market, but the quality is the same as the more expensive ones.

so the truck got accepted by the shipping company. the only thing they gigged me on was the engine bay. the lady helped me clean that though. they marked down all the little scratches and rock chips, but missed a huge one on the A pillar. It's like 4 inches long and almost down to bare metal. Idk how she didn't see it. I'm gonna claim it when I pick it up in the states, see how much money that gets me. Might be a dick thing to do, but I'm sure I'm not the first one to do it. They screwed me out of some moving money anyway, so I think it's fair.

on another note, I probably won't be on here again until I get back to the states Tuesday and get my phone in hand. We move into the hotel tomorrow and I'm sure they have wi-fi, but I doubt I'll check tw. so I'll post when I get stateside letting you all know I made it, if I make it haha. just kidding, everything has went smoothly so far I don't see why an 8 hour plane ride would have problems.

Cory: good luck with all the shippin man, hope it all gets here safe!

Luke: any reason why? I though about doin bolt on too but in the end I couldn't come up with a reason why I'd take them off and welding is stronger...

Well I was thinking, I'm gonna have them if I need them if I get in a sticky place or something but with yall that go wheelin a lot I could see weld on for yall but just for me using them evey once in awhile I thought bolt on would be fine

Bolt ons are fine, they are stout enough to handle whatever you throw at them, a bitch to put on by yourself, once you get them on you won't take them off so might as well save some money and go weld on.

^What he said^ Once you put them on, the only time you'll take them off is to weld them to the frame.

^ I won't claim to be amazing yet but I'm gettin better everyday.... And Brandon can attest that my sliders were strong enough to take a healthy beating without moving :D Plus, mine were made from an old leader rack, not nice new clean steel :spy:

I'm thinking about having a GTG up at my cabin in Big Island this fall/winter. It won't be anything major but more of a have a cold one next to the pot belly stove and talk Toyotas kinda thing. Just checking to see if there is any interest here.
