Don't need it. Anything that would require armor like that would also require tires larger than 32"s

Okay. You guys can lead the way on the trails next time. The stuff we normally do, we don't need half the armor we have.

I just don't think I need or want another couple hundred pounds of armor and big heavy tires on a daily driver that goes on trails once every couple months. Especially on trails that a stock 4x4 off road could probably do with some careful driving.

hopefully someone can specialize in rebuilding coilovers. I had a set of Donahoes on my '03 Tacoma and I took um into an "authorized" dealer, Ohana Trails (now closed). long story short, owner (Richard "Rich" Tuason) bullshitted for about 10 months with the following:
    - CO's sent to Icon to be rebuilt, but was lost in shipping
    - former/fired employees "stole" them
    - CO's were found in California
    - CO's lost in transit back to Hawaii
    - CO's lost forever
    - replacing with new Icon CO's

then he attempted to change his phone numbers after silently shutting down his business without telling anyone. never returned calls or e-mails. good thing he told me where he lives, which is 3 blocks away.

now I'm stuck trying to figure out what to do cause I gotta go small claims court to get this sorted out, but I've been hearing that the amount is too small to make it worth it. anyone have advice?

    Too long to list :D
My next steel project is to make some 1/8" or 3/32" skids. I want skids but don't think 3/16" plate is worth it. All of the aftermarket stuff seems to be made out of 3/16" no matter what.
Hope it never make 1 dent :)

Great point! I think we're blinded by like what Konaborne just said, "Moab capable" rigs, when we really only go off road a few times a year and then daily drive a tank to work and complain about shitty gas mileage. What we need is quick release armor that latches on without tools...lol Then can slap on when off roading...:D

    Thanks for the pineapple Chad!
No I think the license plate would be the first thing to give it away. And, the BHLM is such a distinct mod it would probably be a close second. And, once I paint my rims black, from a far someone might mistake me for a longer version of your truck with a hood scoop :D
