    A wet-willy: When it's unwanted touching, It's no joke.

Mankato Police say the practical joke could have you facing jail time.

According to Mankato Public Safety, after bar close early Saturday morning, Riley Swearingen, 24, put his pointer fingers in an officers ear, while waiting in line to ride the late night bus.

Authorities say alcohol was a factor in the reported incident. With his alcohol blood level over two times the legal amount to operate a vehicle.
Police say the act is in fact assault.

Cmdr. Jeremy Clifton, says, "We have an assault of improper touching from one person to another without consent occurs. Which leads to the credibility of assault. But we also have bodily fluids, and a bodily fluid contact from this individual to a police officer while on duty; reaching the level.. Well at least fits the statue of 4th degree assault."

Swearingen is charged with one felony of 4th degree assault, 5th degree assault and disruptive intoxication.
