I have a 3RZ motor and there's this buzzing/current carrying sound that happens alot when Im sitting still or in park. It kinda cuts out sometimes and then starts back and sometimes it stay fluent until I start driving again. I have a video of the sound, just listen for the high pitch buzzing sound as I move around. The sound goes away when it gets to the end of the video and after the video ends the sound started back. Ive had this sound since I got it but it wasnt as loud.

!!Watch in 1080p and turn sound up!!

I can hear it but buzzing hum can be from the power steering pump or the idler pulleys for PS and a/c can buzz too

try turning the wheel and see what happens to the sound

might also be those damn idler pulleys, see if they wiggle on you, if so replace the bearings in them.

So what you recommend replacing without looking at anything?

no what I recommend is doing what I recommended you do

if the pulleys wiggle then the bearings are bad and need replacing, its very very common for them to be bad, especially if you play in the mud.

also if turning the wheel changes the noise (and the PS pulley doesn't wiggle) then check PS fluid levels but if it is the pump making the noise its not cheap so maybe try to live with the noise until it gets worse, if you cant then buy a new PS pump for it or get a salvage yard replacement depending on what your budget allows.
