Barnes 4wd 1/4" 2" drop modified to fit Tacoma. Bolted and welded together. Had to relocate one exhaust hanger. $150 plus 1/4" plate to square it to the frame, and $25 for welding.

Thanks, I didn't like any of the ones for sale so I built my own. The two inch drop tj skid spaced down with 1/4 plate is a good tight fit to the bottom of the tcase. I would like reenforce it with some bracing, Barnes 4wd sells a bracing kit but it's $25 for just some strips of 1/4 plate. I will probably make my own.
