It's shipped, it's in MA. It's supposed to be delivered tomorrow but I have to leave in the afternoon so if it comes after like 2:45 there will be no one to sign for it and it'll be a pain in my ass. That's why I wanted it held at Fedex for me.

They deliver it at the end of the day if that helps, what i recall its UPS that deliver it to me.

I did, they said it couldn't be held.

 

I have stuff sent to the UPS store. Someone is always there to sign for it, and I pick it up when I'm ready. Doesn't matter what carrier it's shipped through. Cost $3 for pickup though.

 

Original ship date of 10/22 just went to "Backordered" no date given....

Fuck FedEx. They didn't attempt delivery (Was sitting next to the door to be sure). No door tag, no knock, didn't ring the bell. Now I have to go to the depot after 3

 

Did you order straight from Apple or the carrier? For me seem the Apple had a better delivery date than my carrier AT&T 2 weeks diffrence, on the regular 6.

I got mine Saturday afternoon from the mail...

First impressions.... It's BIG... I had a 4s before. I'm liking it a lot. Much easier to read. I'm just having to get use to the size.

Right now with Otterbox and Mophie not having any cases that protect the screen. I'm in a constant fear of breaking it. Just have to be careful for a little while.

Other issue is where to do i put it when in the truck?? To give an idea, the slot by the gear shift (Auto) the phone barely its in there.. Have to set it in diagonally. I wouldn't keep it there when off roading for sure.. It would end up on the floor. Looks like the cup holder will have to do.

In terms of speed. It is defiantly dragster compared to the 4s. The 4s would literally have to sit there and think about what it was going to open and run.. Now it screams. Love that.

So far I am really happy with it.
