I trimmed the front only, I removed the front mud flaps and had to cut off just a little bit more of plastic but it was all tiny stuff I did with a knife. The back was fine never had any rubbing and I still have the mud flaps back there.

    3" Bosch/Toytec riser kit
I'm installing a Toytec 3" leveling kit and want to use the stock 16" wheels. Any suggestions on tire make allowing maximum tire size that will not cause rubbing? Hoping to add a LT 285.... without a spacer.

You will need spacers to run 285's on stock wheels, so 265's will be your max.
