I just got my new 2015 Tacoma a couple weeks ago and I just wanted to share my new stereo in my new truck. I checked out all the different types of line out converters and I went with the ********* ReCurve EZQ and its great at setting the sound just right. Tell me what you think.

Thanks Scott, I spent many years down there in Chuck town. I was stationed over in Goose Creek twice.

Congrats on the truck purchase and clean install...How's the overall quality of the *********' products? Do you experience any hissing with the stock head unit/recurve combo? Thanks in advance

I still need a little time to completely tune the system and break the sub in but the sound quality I'd excellent. I did have a small amount of hissing at the beginning but I turned down the input gain, only about ten to fifteen degrees, and it went away. I also turned the output voltage to 4.5. I also made sure to keep the power wire on the driver side and all other wires on the passenger side. I would definitely recommend the recurve.

I'm a big fan of 'stealth' install to prevent theft and fellow members had success with keeping their stock head unit with the Audison bit ten....thanks for sharing your experience with the recurve to give us another alternative.

I did. I chose the recurve because of some other reviews that I had read but the biggest reason was the connections that came with the recurve. There was enough wire to go all the way across my garage and the plugs made it so much easier. No cutting, splicing or sitting the with the Fluke and a nine volt to ensure you have ask the wires correct. The remote sub control is nice too.

Bump on this, anyone know of a cheaper system to just add a Sub to it? I know the ********* settup is nice, but for $280 just to get a sub to sound decent is not the way i would like to go. Any one have another idea?
