I couldn't imagine 360 whp in one of those. My best friend has a 2006 wagon boosting around 20-21 PSI on the TD04 and it's plenty fast.

What's your supporting mods? I'm assuming you probably aren't on a stock turbo. Still running the stock 5MT? I'd highly recommend the KillerB pickup if you don't already have one.

Blouch 20gxt, modified 820cc injectors, dw fuel pump, clutch, ewg, perrin exhaust, tokico d specs, wagon springs, group n top hats, spearco tmic...and protuned by wicked innovation in rhode island.
Theres alot more but thats the gist of it. Its conservativley tuned @ 400 flywheel hp to keep from killing the transmission.

In all honesty with it being AWD- it really doesn't seem that fast- I mean, granted I've been blowing the doors off of ls1 v8 powered cars but it's just not the same as having a rear wheel drive vehicle where the ass end is trying to pass you all the time. it just goes- straight... No spinning tires.... You seem like you're in control all the time with AWD. The OH SHIT!! factor just isnt there. This is my second WRX. First one was bone stock 04 sedan, it was the same way although it seemed really slow but in reality even in stock form was faster than most cars on the road.

Wicked Innovation always has such great reviews. I'm fairly confident I will let them tackle my Brembos when I need new rotors as I'm still on the original rotors. I wanted to let Wicked tune my car, but at the time they didn't tune with the AP. Chris from EFI had just passed so I elected to go with Matt K @ DSG about 6 months before they closed.

If you want to keep your engine knock free and not waste a ringland let them tune it. I believe they are the best on this side of the country with subaru engines.
They really know the right formulas to keep a boxer engine reliable. Its been said a lot on nasioc that even the stock tune is horrible and a stage two car with a good tune is going to have much better longevity...
Another thing to keep these engines happy is to get rid of the recommended 5w30 and put in rotella t6 synthetic.

I don't disagree. Luckily I have an 06 and not an 07, so the stock tune in mine wasn't that bad. I tuned around 50K miles. I wanted them (Wicked) to tune me but at the time they didn't do AP. My DAM has never not been 1.0, I typically monitor FBKC while I drive via the AP and outside of the occasional -1.4 during throttle tip in, my WOT pulls have 0 FBKC. I should take a gander at my FLKC sometime just to confirm it. I run German Castrol Syntec 0w-30 with UOAs from Blackstone every change. Been trending quite well for the past 20K miles.
